Fire Service and Civil Defense Station, Charghat, Rajshahi
Charghat Fire Service and Civil Defense Station is located on the Rajshahi-Charghat road in Charghat Upazila of Rajshahi. The fire station is a 3rd class fire station, currently upgraded to 2nd class. The construction work was completed on 08-05-2014 AD through the Sub-Divisional Engineer Public Works Sub-Division-1, Rajshahi 78 project on 0.33 acres of land in Moktarpur Mouza of Charghat Upazila. However, before completing some ancillary construction work, operational activities were started on the occasion of Fire Week-2012 and from 18-11-2012 AD, manpower and firefighting vehicles were deployed.
